The GEXSCOPE® Microbial Single Cell RNA Library Kit (Yeast) uses our microwell-based SCOPE® technology for comprehensive single cell sequencing analysis of biological yeast samples.
Utilize the microfluidics system of the patented SCOPE chip technology for robust high throughput processing of yeast cells.
The GEXSCOPE® microbial single cell RNA library kit is able to isolate and detect differentiating gene expression patterns in yeast when grown in different carbon source media. (A) Carbon source transition, from glucose to galactose, induces different gene expression patterns in yeast. (B) Yeast grown in glucose exhibit expression of genes involved in oxygen stress (ANB1, TIR1, AGA2), (C) whilst structural GAL genes involved in the Leloir pathway (GAL1, GAL7, GAL10) are expressed when grown in galactose. (D) A shift from glucose to galactose induces stress response genes RGI1 and HSP12, as well as a marker of diauxic shift, EGO4.
