Singleron Biotechnologies is an innovative molecular diagnostic company dedicated to applying groundbreaking single cell analysis techniques to clinical diagnosis, drug development, and health management. The company was incorporated in January 2018 and currently has offices and laboratories in US, Singapore, China, and Germany.

Singleron’s US site in Woodbridge, Connecticut is seeking motivated and ambitious talent in the field of single cell and next generation sequencing, and bioinformatics.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

The successful applicant will provide comprehensive technical support on single cell sequencing products. The Application Scientist will be a critical member of the Singleron commercial team and acts as a trusted partner for our customers both pre- and post- sales.

- Provide product support by pecreating and reviewing of application materials (manuals, application notes, presentations, flyers, digital marketing contents, etc) for single cell sequencing products and applications.

- Prepare and provide customer presentations, to small groups and large audiences on the use of Singleron technology in basic and clinical research.

- Plan and deliver on-site or online training on our products (both wet-lab and bioinformatics)

- Participate in new product development project by delivering valuable feedback from the customers and organizing field tests

 

Profile / Experience

- S. degree in life science discipline required. Ph.D. in oncology/immunology/human genetics a plus

- 3-5 to years of hands-on experience in biochemistry or molecular biology laboratory, and/or bioinformatic experience required

- Experience in single cell sequencing experiment and data analysis a plus

- Strong communication skills

- Willing to travel up to 60%

The company was founded in 2018 and currently has offices and laboratories in China, US, and Germany and over 400 employees worldwide.

The applicant will be responsible for project management and logistics for our single cell sequencing services and products. The Project Manager role will be an essential member of the Singleron commercial team and acts as a trusted partner to bridge our customers and our service lab.


Tasks & responsibilities:

  • - Coordinate sample collection, sample shipment, sample login, and documentation.
  • - Preparation of sample Quality Control report and project report, communication internally with service lab and externally with customers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • - Provide timely support to customers regarding our workflow and results.
  • - Assist in the management of commercial inventory, shipment of reagents and products to customers
  • - Assist in other marketing and sales activities

 

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor, MTA in life science discipline required. M.S. degree preferred
  • - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in biochemistry or molecular biology laboratory, and/or bioinformatic experience required
  • - 1-2 years of project management or logistics-related work experience preferred
  • - Experience in single cell sequencing or next generation sequencing is a plus
  • - Strong communication skills and coordination skills
  • - Highly responsible and service-oriented mindset
  • - Proficiency in English is mandatory. German speaking is a plus

Singleron’s Cologne site is seeking a highly motivated individual as Product Manager to support the rapid growth of product commercialisation.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

The successful applicant will provide comprehensive sales and marketing support on single cell sequencing products and service projects, in detail:

  • - Manage our existing single cell analysis product portfolio, strategically plan new developments and execute the market launch of new products.
  • - Provide product and sales support by performing internal and external trainings, market research and customer surveys
  • - Plan and create product related material (product literature, application notes, presentations, flyers, digital marketing contents, etc)
  • - Prepare and provide customer presentations or webinars and act as a trusted partner for all internal and external customers.
  • - Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders and support coordination across departments
  • - Speak with customer base and prospective customers to understand short and longer-term needs and feedback conclusions to portfolio review process
  • - Develop and execute the strategy and product roadmap and implement marketing activities accordingly
  • - Fine tune positioning and future sales argumentation based on market response
  • - Contineous monitor and evaluate current technology trends in single cell analysis and precision medicine to contribute to company product roadmap

 

Qualifications:

  • - M.S. degree in life science discipline is required. PhD in the field of molecular biology, immunology, or relevant field is a plus
  • - Hands-on experience with NGS and/or single cell analysis
  • - 1-2 years experience in a Sales or Marketing position is a plus
  • - Strong attention to professionalism and creativity in all correspondence
  • - Flexibility, self-motivation, initiative, curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and out-of-the-box-thinking
  • - Willingness to continuously learn and to embrace new challenges
  • - Result-oriented and customer-oriented
  • - Strong interest to work as part of a team of professionals as well as independently

  • - Willing to travel up to 30%
