SynEcoSys: Data Visualization Part 1 – Gene expressionWatch nowThis series of instruction videos will help you to understand how to use various functions of the SynEcoSys database. In this episode, we explain how to analyze gene expression data in the SynEcoSys database. To do so, you can follow these general steps:Access the Database:Log in to the SynEcoSys platform using your credentials.Upload Your Data:If you have your own gene expression data, you can upload it to SynEcoSys. Ensure your data is in the correct format as specified by the platform.Select Analysis Tools:Navigate to the gene expression analysis section. SynEcoSys offers various tools for data visualization and analysis.Perform Analysis:Choose the specific analysis you want to perform, such as differential gene expression, clustering, or pathway analysis. Follow the prompts to configure your analysis parameters.Visualize Results:Use the visualization tools to interpret your results. SynEcoSys provides options for creating heatmaps, scatter plots, and other visual representations of your data. For a detailed guide, you can refer to the instructional videos on our Youtube channel, covering various functions of the SynEcoSys database.UPDATE: Launching Celelens Cloud – our new data analysis toolNow, you can conduct gene expression and other types of analysis in our new, code-free, single cell RNA sequencing data analysis platform, Celelens Cloud. To make SynEcoSys more focused on providing a rich, clinically annotated database for deep data mining and clinical research, CeleLens Cloud was designed. This new platform is developed to simplify the process of single cell data analysis, making it accessible even to those without a bioinformatics background. Celelens Cloud has all functionalities for standard analysis, such as:– Quality control– Gene expression/co-expression– Differential Gene Expression– Cellular composition– Pathway enrichment (GO)– Graph customization and downloadwhile also offering Advanced Analysis Functions, such as trajectory analysis, TF Regulation, cell-cell interaction, and more. You can easily integrate SynEcoSys data in the Celelens Cloud platform when initiating analysis, for more accurate results. You can either start analysis with your local dataset, or with SynEcoSys data, or with combined local and SynEcoSys datasets.Try out Celelens Cloud with a 7-Day Free Trial! If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask here. Our team of bioinformatics experts is available to help in all your enquiries.Check out our latest webinars Learn more The Fundamentals of Single Cell Sequencing Single cell sequencing is an increasingly popular approach for profiling gene expression of individual cells.
