Singleron’s technology supported single cell RNA sequencing for the SpaceX Polaris Dawn mission, in collaboration with Weill Cornell Medicine and the Space Omics and Medical Atlas (SOMA) project.
Our team tested the PythoN dissociator across multiple human tumor tissues and found we were able to extract a significantly higher number of live immune cells compared to a competing tissue dissociation product.
Working with Singleron was a great experience. With their combination of single cell RNAseq and custom bioinformatics, they greatly sped up the project timeline. Our latest project just got accepted in Nature Cancer and I am looking forward to upcoming projects!
