Singleron Expands Global Presence with New Office and Laboratories in Michigan, USA

Singleron, a pioneer in single cell multi-omics solutions, announces the opening of its latest office and labs in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, marking a strategic expansion of the company’s commercial and innovative outreach.

The Michigan office will not only feature a production and sales facility but will also provide a one-stop-shop single cell analysis service, offering comprehensive solutions from tissue dissociation, single cell multi-omic analysis, single cell reagent kits, automation instruments, to bioinformatics support.

Complementing Singleron’s existing New Haven office, the Michigan site will enhance their support for its US customer base.

US customers can now request demos for Singleron’s GEXSCOPE® single cell analysis platform. Using a micro-well based system, GEXSCOPE offers the benefits of gentle cell handling. It is one of the few single cell analysis systems that allows both instrument-free and automated cell partitioning. Singleron also offers unique solutions such as targeted mutation detection, RNA dynamics, or glycosylation analysis.

Singleron will also offer its automated tissue dissociation systems PythoN® and PythoN Junior™ for the US market, which are optimized to handle challenging tissue types and produce consistent single cell suspensions for analysis.

As part of its outreach, Singleron invites life sciences researchers and industry partners to visit its poster presentation at the upcoming Advances in Genome Biology and Technology Conference (AGBT). The poster, titled “Automated mechanical and enzymatic tissue dissociation for reduced bias in single-cell sequencing data”, will offer an introduction to their technology platform for tissue dissociation and single cell analysis. Attendees are invited to meet the Singleron team at poster number 526 on Tuesday, February 6th, from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. for face-to-face discussions.
