Our sCelLiVE Skin Dissociation Solution ensures viability and optimal subsequent single cell libraries for human and mouse skin.

High cell viability was observed across all samples underscoring the protocol’s gentle yet efficient nature. Both are important factors for accurate and successful single-cell analysis. Once single cell suspensions are obtained, they can be directly loaded on the SCOPE-chip® and used for NGS library preparation.

The kit contains dissociation solutions for 24 samples, including dissociation tubes that are intended for PythoN® or PythoN Junior™. Preservation solution can be purchased additionally.
