Our sCelLiVE Skin Dissociation Solution ensures viability and optimal subsequent single cell libraries for human and mouse skin.
(A) sample before dissociation and (B) after 2x30min dissociation in sCelLiVE Skin dissociation mix. (C) 10x magnification of ready-to-use cell suspension. Cell yield (D) and viability (E) of mouse skin tissues (n=20, ranging between 10-300mg) were determined after tissue dissociation. High cell viability was observed across all samples underscoring the protocol’s gentle yet efficient nature. Both are important factors for accurate and successful single-cell analysis. Once single cell suspensions are obtained, they can be directly loaded on the SCOPE-chip® and used for NGS library preparation.
(A) Skin tissue before weighting and dissociating (B) Cell yield and Viability (n=9) after successful dissociation. (C) BI results after our single cell sequencing pipeline, featuring cell clustering and their population distribution. Rarer cell types that account for <1% of the population can still be detected.
The kit contains dissociation solutions for 24 samples, including dissociation tubes that are intended for PythoN® or PythoN Junior™. Preservation solution can be purchased additionally.
Our sCelLiVE Skin Dissociation Mix has been tested on human and mouse skin. The sample can weigh between 10-300mg.
Yes, the sCelLiVE® (Skin) kit can be used with our PythoN/Junior machines. Please talk to our Sales Team for refilling the dissociation tubes.
