SynEcoSys: Data Visualization Part 4 – Cell interactions

This series of instruction videos will help you to understand how to use various functions of the SynEcoSys database. To analyze cell interactions using the SynEcoSys database, follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Access the SynEcoSys platform with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Data Visualization: Go to the data visualization section of the platform.
  3. Select Cell Interactions: Choose the cell interactions analysis option.
  4. Upload or Select Data: Upload your own data or select from the available datasets within SynEcoSys.
  5. Configure Parameters: Set the parameters for your analysis, such as the specific cell types or conditions you are interested in.
  6. Run Analysis: Execute the analysis to identify and visualize cell-cell interactions.
  7. Visualize Results: Use the provided tools to create visual representations of the interactions, such as network diagrams or heatmaps.

For a detailed guide, you can refer to the instructional videos provided in our Youtube channel. These videos cover various functions of the SynEcoSys database, including cell interaction analysis.

UPDATE: Launching Celelens Cloud – our new data analysis tool

Now, you can conduct cell interaction and other types of advanced analysis in our new, code-free, single cell RNA sequencing data analysis platform, Celelens Cloud.

To make SynEcoSys more focused on providing a rich, clinically annotated database for deep data mining and clinical research, CeleLens Cloud was designed. This new platform is developed to simplify the process of single cell data analysis, making it accessible even to those without a bioinformatics background.

Celelens Cloud offers several Advanced Analysis Functions such as:

– Cell-cell interaction (CellphoneDB)
– Trajectory analysis (monocle2/monocle3)
– CNV/ITH
– Gene set scoring (Ucell)

And more!

You can easily integrate SynEcoSys data in the Celelens Cloud platform when initiating analysis. You can either start analysis with your local dataset, or with SynEcoSys data, or with combined local and SynEcoSys datasets.
