Uncover the Missing Signal: Advanced Single Cell Sequencing Techniques

Conventional single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) often faces challenges such as high dropout rate and 3’/ 5′ bias. In this seminar, we will introduce two approaches to capture information that traditional methods may miss:

• FocuSCOPE targeted scRNA-seq: Sensitive detection of hotspot mutations in heterogeneous cell populations and understanding driver mutation evolution for precision medicine
• MobiuSCOPE full-length scRNA-seq: Enhance detection of RNA splicing isoforms, distant gene fusions, and non-model organisms with limited genome references
